Becky Greenfield is an associate at Wolfe Pincavage, LLP.  Prior to working at Wolfe Pincavage, LLP, Becky was a health care associate at a national, Florida-based law firm, where she advised physicians, mid-level practitioners, laboratories, medical device start-up companies, and telemedicine providers in transactional and regulatory matters.  Becky also advised clients in the health care industry regarding Florida’s evolving medical marijuana laws and regulations.

Prior to representing clients in the health care industry, Becky was a litigation associate at a large Florida firm, where she represented clients on a broad range of issues, including contractual disputes, environmental contamination, procurement and bidding disputes for public projects, banking, and questions regarding administrative law.

Becky graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Miami School of Medicine with her JD/MPH dual degree.  In law school, Becky was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served on the Executive Board for the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review, the Health Law Association, and was a member of the Society of Bar & Gavel.  Becky also received the University of Miami HOPE Public Interest Innovation Service Award for work she performed at the law school's Health Rights Clinic.  Becky received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. 

Becky is a member of LINC, a young professional group of the United Way in Miami-Dade County, and the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association.

In her free time, Becky is a CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys volunteering in the community.  Becky is also a diehard supporter for dog rescue missions in South Florida and is the proud dog mom of two rescues.
