Becky Greenfield is an associate at Wolfe Pincavage, LLP.  Becky focuses her practice on representing hospitals, laboratories, physician groups, telemedicine providers, provider staffing organizations, and medical device companies in a variety of health care transactional, regulatory, and managed care matters. 

Becky has experience structuring transactions to comply with state and federal health care fraud and abuse laws, health information privacy and security laws, state and federal licensure requirements, corporate practice of medicine prohibitions, and other health care regulatory compliance matters. She also advises clients on complex issues surrounding governmental and private insurance payors.  In addition, Becky has assisted health care providers to become more competitive within the industry through the development of management services organizations, accountable care organizations, and clinically integrated networks.   

Becky graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Miami School of Medicine with her JD/MPH dual degree.  In law school, Becky was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served on the Executive Boards for the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review and the Health Law Association, and was a member of the Society of Bar & Gavel.  Becky also received the University of Miami HOPE Public Interest Innovation Service Award for work she performed at the law school's Health Rights Clinic.  Becky received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. 

Becky is an Attorney Ad-Litem in the Eleventh Circuit of Florida, Dependency Division.  Additionally, in her free time, Becky is a CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys volunteering in the community.
