Omar Ali-Shamaa is a litigation associate at Wolfe | Pincavage. He practices primarily in the area of complex business litigation, where he handles a wide range of contractual disputes. He also has significant experience in corporate matters.
Omar began his career at a prestigious boutique law firm where he advocated on behalf of clients in the hospitality and entertainment industry. While in law school, he was a senior staff member of the FIU Law Review and received the Book Award in Real Estate Transactions, and was on the Dean’s List several times. Omar was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team where he finished as the number one ranked negotiator in the United States in the 2014-2015 American Bar Association Negotiation Competition. As a result, he was honored with the opportunity to represent the United States in the 2015 International Negotiation Competition in Dublin, Ireland.
Before becoming a lawyer, Omar worked in the hospitality industry as an independent restaurant consultant in several business ventures throughout South Florida and New York.
Omar was born in New York and has lived and traveled throughout the Middle East and Europe. He is fluent in Arabic. Omar is an avid sports fan and is passionate about the New York Yankees, New York Jets, and Arsenal FC.
