Sebastian Jaramillo is a partner at Wolfe Pincavage, LLP. Sebastian is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law (B.C.S.) and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and before the Southern and Middle Districts of the U.S. District Court in Florida.
Sebastian was raised in Colombia and moved to Miami, Florida shortly after graduating from high school. He attended Florida International University and graduated with Honors while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. After college, Sebastian went on to study law at the University of Miami where he received a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. He then went on to earn a master’s degree in tax law (LLM) from the University of Alabama.
Prior to joining Wolfe Pincavage, LLP, Sebastian was the head of the real estate division of a firm with a statewide practice and also managed his own practice for several years. Sebastian specializes in the areas of real estate law, landlord & tenant, commercial and residential closings, and real estate litigation. He is an approved title agent for one of the largest title insurance groups in the United States. Sebastian has successfully represented clients in real estate litigation matters throughout the State of Florida.
Sebastian serves on several committees of the Florida Bar Association and is currently the Chair of the Member Benefits Committee. Outside of work, Mr. Jaramillo enjoys biking, chess, traveling and being outdoors.
