Andrea Greenblatt is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage. She is a vital member of the firm’s revenue cycle team helping clients to successfully navigate and maneuver complex claims disputes, Medicare Advantage appeals, and healthcare-related regulatory and compliance matters. By staying at the forefront of healthcare matters, she helps guide her team to successful case outcomes and recover funds for hospitals and healthcare systems. Andrea is particularly interested in the No Surprises Act, and she regularly advises clients on every aspect of the legislation and its independent dispute resolution process.
Before joining Wolfe Pincavage, Andrea worked as an associate at large litigation law firm, specializing in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, personal injury, and general liability litigation. She also held research positions for Dupuytren Research Group, analyzing common disease risk factors, and at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, investigating fraud and abuse laws pertaining to the healthcare industry.
Having dedicated five years to studying medicine while living in Peru, Andrea brings a unique perspective and understanding around legal challenges that frequently form the basis of many healthcare payment disputes.
Andrea holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated no. 3 in her class, made the dean’s list every semester, and was issued CALI Awards for Professional Responsibility, Evidence, and Administrative Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University. Andrea is fluent in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of French.
