Danya J. Pincavage is a co-founder of Wolfe Pincavage and chair of the firm’s litigation department. A skilled litigator and seasoned trial attorney, Danya draws upon nearly 20 years of experience in representing non-profit and public hospitals in complex managed care reimbursement disputes. She has recovered tens of millions of dollars for her clients in both in-network and out-of-network lawsuits and arbitrations.
Throughout her tenure with Wolfe Pincavage, Danya has received numerous honors including being selected as a Florida “Super Lawyer” for insurance coverage and recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a Legal Elite honoree for commercial litigation.
Prior to co-founding Wolfe Pincavage, Danya was a shareholder of a Miami-based boutique law firm where she exclusively represented policyholders and claimants in insurance coverage and extracontractual lawsuits. She continues to represent insureds and claimants in declaratory judgment and bad faith actions.
Danya received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, both cum laude.
