Hana Aryan is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage. As a member of the litigation team, Hana supports healthcare providers with challenging business and regulatory issues in both state and federal jurisdictions. She advises hospitals, health systems, and other medical groups on compliance and reimbursement matters, operational challenges, and billing and claims matters. Clients appreciate her holistic perspective and solution-oriented approach.
Prior to joining Wolfe Pincavage, Hana gained invaluable litigation experience by representing both businesses and individuals in a wide array of legal disputes, including complex contractual disputes and improper denials and underpayments by insurance companies.
Hana holds a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Middle Eastern Studies from Florida State University. She speaks both English and Arabic.
