Our Team

Micah is a creative problem solver who is passionate about aiding providers and healthcare companies in navigating complex transactional and regulatory issues. He has gained a wide range of professional experience in the healthcare industry, both as an attorney and marketer in his prior career. Micah approaches every matter with an eye toward the client’s business demands, as well as the legal challenges. He focuses on a broad array of healthcare issues and sectors, including telehealth, contracting, managed care, and digital health.

I enjoy gaining a deep understanding of the clients’ business and their objectives. Being able to see the problem from the their perspective is key to helping them traverse the regulatory landscape of healthcare, while achieving their goals.

In his free time, Micah is a history buff and stand-up comedy fan. He also enjoys taking scenic road trips with his family (a.k.a., his wife and two dogs).
